This research was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of nature, it was carried out in a descriptive-correlational way. The statistical population of this research included all tennis coaches and athletes in Iraq, and based on Cochran's formula, 385 of them were selected as a sample. For more assurance, more than 400 questionnaires were distributed and 393 questionnaires were correctly analyzed after returning. The research tool included a researcher-made questionnaire. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was checked by 8 experts and its reliability was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha method. The software used in data analysis was PLS. Based on the obtained results, professional ethics is effective on cultural values and professional responsibility in the tennis sports industry due to the mediating role of psychological culture and media culture. According to the findings of this research, it is suggested to pay more attention to professional ethics and elements of ethical culture in team and individual tennis training. Also, different exercises and training programs can be designed to reinforce cultural values and professional responsibility in the sport of tennis. هدف این پژوهش تحلیل مدل ساختاری فرهنگ حرفه‌ای در صنعت ورزش تنیس بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی بود و از نظر ماهیت به شکل توصیفی- همبستگی انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمام مربیان و ورزشکاران تنیس کشور عراق بود و براساس فرمول کوکران، تعداد 385 نفر از آن‌ها به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای اطمینان بیشتر از 400 پرسشنامه توزیع شد و 393 پرسشنامه، پس از بازگشت، به‌صورت صحیح مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. ابزار پژوهش شامل یک پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بود. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه توسط هشت نفر از متخصصان بررسی شد و پایایی آن نیز با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. نرم‌افزار مورد استفاده در تحلیل داده‌ها، PLS بود. براساس نتایج به‌دست آمده، اخلاق حرفه‌ای به‌ واسطه نقش میانجی فرهنگ روانشناختی و فرهنگ رسانه‌ای بر ارزش‌های فرهنگی و مسئولیت پذیری حرفه‌ای در صنعت ورزش تنیس مؤثر است. با توجه به یافته‌های این پژوهش، پیشنهاد می‌شود که در آموزش‌های تیمی و انفرادی در ورزش تنیس، به اخلاق حرفه‌ای و عناصر فرهنگ اخلاق‌مدار توجه بیشتری شود. همچنین، می‌تواند تمرینات و برنامه‌های آموزشی مختلف به گونه‌ای طراحی شود که ارزش‌های فرهنگی و مسئولیت‌پذیری حرفه‌ای در ورزش تنیس تقویت شود.
