تحلیل وضعیت آموزش و پژوهش در زمینه مدیریت رویدادهای ورزشی

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل وضعیت آموزش و پژوهش در زمینه مدیریت رویدادهای ورزشی از ابعاد رشته تحصیلی دانشگاهی، کارگاه، آموزش کوتاه‌مدت، انتشار کتاب، مقاله و انواع پژوهش بود. برای اجرای پژوهش از روش تحلیل محتوا استفاده شد. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی گزارش‌های مربوط به معرفی رشته تحصیلی، کارگاه‌های برگزارشده، آموزش‌های کوتاه‌مدت، کتاب‌ها، مقالات و پژوهش‌های نمایه شده در پایگاه‌های داده معتبر بودند. در تمامی محورها تلاش شد تا کل جامعه شناسایی‌شده تا پایان سال 1399 مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از برگه و دستورالعمل کدگذاری بر مبنای مقوله‌های مورد بررسی و داده‌های معرف در شناسایی وضع موجود فعالیت‌های آموزشی و پژوهشی در زمینه مدیریت رویدادهای ورزشی بود. برگه و دستورالعمل کدگذاری با آزمون کوکران از داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده از ده نفر از متخصصان مدیریت ورزشی با میزان 89/0 ازنظر روایی صوری و محتوایی تأیید شد. در ادامه با یک مجموعه واحد، داده‌های دو کدگذار جمع‌آوری و با آزمون پی اسکات میزان قابل‌قبول 77/0 برای پایایی به‌دقت آمد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که 71 مقاله به زبان فارسی با موضوع رویدادهای ورزشی وجود دارد که از سال 1392 روند افزایشی داشته است. تعداد 19 کارگاه برگزارشده در سطح کشور و 7 کارگاه در سطح بین‌المللی شناسایی شد که بیشترین موضوع آن به برنامه‌ریزی رویداد اختصاص داشت. تعداد 46 عنوان کتاب فارسی و 19 کتاب به زبان انگلیسی شناسایی شد که از سال 1390 روند کتاب فارسی رو به افزایش بود و انتشارات حتمی و بامداد کتاب بیشترین فراوانی چاپ کتاب به زبان فارسی را داشتند. تعداد 74 پایان‌نامه‌ها، رساله‌ها و گزارش‌های پژوهشی شناسایی شد که دوسوم آن مربوط به دانشگاه‌های دولتی و الباقی مربوط به دانشگاه‌های پیام نور، آزاد اسلامی و غیرانتفاعی بودند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to analyze the status of education and research in the field of sports event management from the dimensions of university education, workshops, short-term education, publishing books, articles and types of research. Content analysis method was used to conduct the research. The statistical population included all reports related to the introduction of the field of study, workshops held, short-term trainings, books, articles and researches indexed in valid databases. In all areas, efforts were made to examine the entire identified community by the end of 1399. To collect data from the sheet and coding instructions were based on the categories studied and the data were used to identify the current state of educational and research activities in the field of sports event management. The sheet and coding instructions were confirmed by Cochran's test from data collected trough ten sport management specialists with a rate of 0.89 in terms of face and content validity. Then, with a single source, the data of two coders were collected and an acceptable value of 0.77 for reliability was obtained by P-Scott test. Findings showed that there were 71 articles in Persian on the subject of sports events, which has been increasing since 1392. A total of 19 workshops were held nationwide and 7 workshops were identified internationally, most of which were dedicated to event planning. 46 titles of Persian books and 19 books in English were identified, which has been increasing since 2011, and Hatami and Bamdad Ketab Publications had the highest frequency of printing books in Persian. A total of 74 thesis, dissertations, and research reports were identified, two-thirds of which belonged to public universities and the rest to Payame Noor, Azad-e-Islami and non-profit universities.
