رتبه بندی عوامل موثر بر مدیریت ریسک در جام جهانی فوتبال قطر 2022

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل موثر در مدیریت ریسک: مورد مطالعه جام جهانی فوتبال قطر 2022 می‏باشد. این تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات آمیخته می‌باشد، که با انجام مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند و با استفاده از رویکرد نوخواسته گلیزری و کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی به شناسایی عوامل موثر بر مدیریت ریسک در جام جهانی قطر 2022 اقدام شد. سپس این شاخص‌ها در یک پرسشنامه تحلیل سلسله مراتبی در اختیار نمونه تحقیق قرار داده شد و شاخص‌های شناسایی شده بر مبنای روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج حاکی از آن بود که، ساختار اماکن ورزشی، منابع انسانی، اقدامات مدیریتی، عوامل فرهنگی و اجتماعی و عوامل اقتصادی در مدیریت ریسک جام جهانی قطر 2022 به عنوان عوامل کلیدی شناسایی شدند. نتایج نشان داد معیارهای اقتصادی رتبه اول را کسب کرده است. اقدامات مدیریتی رتبه دوم و فرهنگی و اجتماعی رتبه سوم را کسب کرده است. با توجه به نتایج حاصل از پژوهش حاضر لازم است تا مدیران برگزاری رویداد های ورزشی به عوامل اقتصادی و فرهنگی توجه بسیاری داشته باشند و همچنین امنیت رویدادهای ورزشی را نیز در دستور کار خود قرار دهند تا به وسیله رعایت این موارد از برگزاری رویداد به نحو احصن مطمئن شوند و به وسیله آن بتوانند رودادهای زیادی را برای کشور خود گرفته و به چرحه تولید کمک کنند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of the present study is to identify the factors affecting risk management: the case study is the Qatar 2022 World Cup. This research is a mixed research type, which was conducted by conducting semi-structured interviews and using the newly developed Glasery approach and open, axial and selective coding to identify the factors affecting risk management in the Qatar 2022 World Cup. Then, these indicators were provided to the research sample in an analytical hierarchy process questionnaire, and the identified indicators were analyzed based on the analytical hierarchy process method. The results indicated that the structure of sports venues, human resources, management practices, cultural and social factors, and economic factors were identified as key factors in the risk management of the Qatar 2022 World Cup. The results showed that economic criteria ranked first. Management practices ranked second and cultural and social ranked third. According to the results of the present study, it is necessary for managers of sports events to pay close attention to economic and cultural factors and also to put the security of sports events on their agenda. By observing these matters, they can ensure that the event is held in a safe manner and, through this, they can achieve many events for their country and contribute to the production cycle.
