شناسایی موانع و محدودیت‌های توسعه والیبال استان اصفهان

چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی موانع و محدودیت‌های توسعه والیبال استان اصفهان انجام شد. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی است که به شیوه پیمایشی اجرا شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شش گروه از اهالی والیبال استان اصفهان از جمله بازیکنان، مربیان و داوران دارای سابقه در لیگ-های استانی به بالا، پیشکسوتان والیبال استان اصفهان، اصحاب رسانه‌های والیبالی و مدیران آگاه والیبال و ورزش استان اصفهان بودند که تعداد آن 600 نفر برآورد شد. بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان تعداد نمونه 234 نفر بود که به صورت تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند که از این تعداد 229 پرسشنامه تکمیل شد. از روش کتابخانه‌ای و نظرخواهی از 5 نفر از صاحب‌نظران دانشگاهی و والیبال استان اصفهان برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات و تهیه پرسشنامه استفاده شد. پرسشنامه شامل 32 سئوال بسته پاسخ بر حسب طیف پنج درجه‌ای لیکرت از خیلی زیاد = 5 تا خیلی کم = 1 بود. برای تعیین پایایی ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد که 77/0 محاسبه شد و قابل قبول است. نتایج نشان داد مقدار t مشاهده شده از مقدار بحرانی t در سطح خطای 05/0 بزرگ‌تر و همچنین میزان موانع و محدودیت‌های توسعه والیبال در استان اصفهان با توجه به میانگین به دست آمده، از سطح متوسط بالاتر می‌باشد؛ بنابراین موانع و محدودیت‌ها بر توسعه والیبال در استان اصفهان تأثیرگذار هستند. همچنین مشخص شد به ترتیب موانع و محدودیت‌های مدیریتی و اجرایی، اقتصادی، امکاناتی و تجهیزاتی، نگرشی و حمایتی مسئولان، و انسانی بر توسعه والیبال استان اصفهان اثرگذار می‌باشند.

This research was conducted with the aim of identifying the obstacles and limitations of volleyball development in Isfahan province. The current research is practical in terms of its purpose, which was carried out in a survey way. The statistical population of the study consisted of six groups of volleyball residents of Isfahan province, including players, coaches and referees with experience in provincial leagues and above, veterans of volleyball in Isfahan province, members of the volleyball media and knowledgeable managers of volleyball and sports in Isfahan province, which numbered 600. People were estimated. According to the table of Karjesi and Morgan, the sample number was 234 people who were randomly selected by stratification, of which 229 questionnaires were completed. The library method and polling of 5 university and volleyball experts in Isfahan province were used to collect information and prepare a questionnaire. The questionnaire included 32 closed-ended questions based on a five-point Likert scale from very high = 5 to very low = 1. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to determine the reliability, which was calculated as 0.77 and is acceptable. The results showed that the observed value of t is greater than the critical value of t at the error level of 0.05 and also the amount of obstacles and limitations of volleyball development in Isfahan province is higher than the average level according to the obtained average; Therefore, obstacles and limitations have an effect on the development of volleyball in Isfahan province.
