[English]

The aim of this research was to use the Kirkpatrick model in evaluating the effectiveness of in-service training workshops for female sports teachers in Mashhad. The research method is descriptive and of the category of post-event research, which was carried out in the field. The statistical population of this research was formed by the female sports teachers of Mashhad in the academic year of 1403-1404, based on the notification of the Vice-Chancellor of Physical Education and Health of the General Directorate of Education, Khorasan Razavi (N = 540). Using G-Power software, the number of statistical samples was estimated to be 227 people who were selected by simple random sampling. In order to collect data, a questionnaire for evaluating the effectiveness of education made by Homclin (2014) based on Kirkpatrick's model, which contains 20 questions, was used. In order to analyze the data, descriptive indices and statistical tests of skewness and kurtosis, Pearson's correlation coefficient, one-way analysis of variance and partial least squares path analysis were used in SPSS and PLS statistical software. The results showed that there is a negative and significant relationship between the effectiveness of in-service training and age and work experience. Also, the difference in the effectiveness of education between bachelor's degree and master's degree was significant. On the other hand, the components of reaction, learning, behavior and results have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of education.
