Nowadays, knowledge creation, storage and management in organizations has become a value-creating strategy, and its optimal management can help the organization's strategic growth and development. This research is applied in terms of its purpose, descriptive and analytical in nature, and quantitative in terms of its method. The statistical population was the officials of the provincial handball boards and the statistical samples were the total number. Data collection was carried out using semi-structured interviews and a researcher-made questionnaire. Data analysis, at the descriptive statistics level, used the mean and standard deviation and frequency distribution table, and at the inferential level, after ensuring the normality of the data distribution, used structural equations using PLS. The findings showed that all research variables are greater than the lower and right boxes, and the divergent validity of the model is confirmed based on the Fornell-Larker method. Also, the R2 values are in the strong range and the SRMR value is less than 0.1, which indicates the appropriate quality of the tested model. The results of the research on identifying effective strategies on knowledge management in the Iranian Handball Federation show that out of the 13 identified core categories, seven factors had the most impact and had significant factor loadings, including information and communication technology, human resource training and development, human resource management, change and innovation management, environment and external factors, and networking and international cooperation, among the strategies that have a significant impact on knowledge management in the Iranian Handball Federation.
