مدل عوامل مؤثر بر تصمیم‌گیری افراد در انتخاب ورزش و فعالیت‌های بدنی در اوقات فراغت

چکیده

هدف مطالعه حاضر تعیین مدل عوامل مؤثر بر تصمیم‌گیری افراد در انتخاب ورزش و فعالیت‌های بدنی در اوقات فراغت بود. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی شامل 14 نفراز اعضاء هیآت علمی گروه مدیریت ورزشی و جامعه شناسی دانشگاه اصفهان با سابقه پژوهش در حوزه اوقات فراغت، ورزش و فراغت ورزشی، تعدادی از مسئولین و مدیران اجرایی در حوزه ورزش همگانی، اداره کل ورزش و جوانان و شهرداری استان اصفهان بود. نمونه گیری بخش کیفی به صورت هدفمند قضاوتی انجام شد. جامعه آماری بخش کمی نیز شامل اساتید و اعضای هیآت علمی حوزه‌های مدیریت ورزشی، جامعه شناسی، دانشجویان مدیریت ورزشی و جامعه شناسی وکلیه صاحب نظران حوزه اوقات فراغت بود که به نوعی دارای تحصیلات، پژوهش یا سابقه کاری در راستای محور موضوعی پژوهش بودند که مجموعا تعدادشان به 287 نفر رسید. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. همچنین به جهت تحلیل مصاحبه‌ها از تئوری داده بنیاد؛ رویکرد چارمز استفاده شد. عوامل مهم و تأثیرگذار در چهار مقوله مسائل انسان‌شناختی و جنسیتی (29 مولفه)، مسائل اقتصادی- اجتماعی (26 مولفه)، مسائل مربوط به رسانه و سیاست‌گذاری‌ها (28مولفه) و مسائل مربوط به زیر ساخت‌ها و فناوری (27 مولفه) احصاء شدند که به منظور استخراج مدل در نرم افزار Smart Pls 3 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که با استفاده از پیشرفت فناوری‌های جدید و بهبود کیفیت زیر ساخت‌ها می‌توان در تصمیمات منتهی به انتخاب ورزش و فعالیت‌های بدنی افراد در اوقات فراغت تاثیر گذاشت.

چکیده [English]

The aim of the present study was to determine the model of factors affecting individuals' decision-making in choosing sports and physical activities in leisure time. The sample in the qualitative part included 14 experts and professors of the Department of Sports Management and Sociology of University of Isfahan who are activists and experts in the field of leisure- sports research as well as related executive managers and accountables in Public Sports, Sports and Youth Administration and the Municipality of Isfahan, who were purposefully selected. In the quantitative part, the statistical population who were selected in an available way, included professors and faculty members in the fields of sports management, sociology, students in sociology and sport management and all experts in the field of leisure time who had some kind of education, research or work experience in line with the subject. To collect data, semi-structured interviews and researcher-made questionnaires were used. In order to analyze the interviews, the Grounded Theory (Charmaz’s approach) method was used. Influential factors categorized in four groups of Anthropological issues (29 components), Economic-Social (26 ones), issues related to Media and Policies (28 ones) and issues related to Infrastructure and Technology (27 components). To extract the model, data were analyzed in Smart Pls 3 software. The results of the present study showed that by improving new technologies, it is possible to influence the choice of sports and physical activities of people in their free time.
