ارائه مدل و اولویت بندی موانع بلوغ مدیریت دانش همراستا با کسب و کار در ورزش ایران

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضرارائه مدل و اولویت‌بندی موانع بلوغ مدیریت دانش همراستا با کسب و کار در ورزش ایران است. این تحقیق از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی است که به شکل میدانی انجام شده است و از جمله تحقیقات کاربردی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کارشناسان ادارات کل ورزش و جوانان، اعضاء هیئت علمی مدیریت ورزشی دانشگاه‌های دولتی، آزاد بودند که تعداد آنها 928 نفر بودند. محاسبه حجم نمونه آماری با استفاده از فرمول کوکران صورت گرفت که به تعداد ۲۷۲ نفر برآورد گردید. روش نمونه‌گیری با استفاده از روش تصادفی – طبقه‌ای انجام شد. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. برای محاسبه ضریب پایایی پرسشنامه از روش آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد که مقدار آن 966/0 بوده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار PLS3و SPSS 23 صورت گرفت. برای اولویت بندی موانع بلوغ مدیریت دانش از آزمون فریدمن استفاده شد. برای تدوین مدل از الگوی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. بررسی برازش مدل اندازه‌گیری با استفاده از معیارهای ضرایب بارهای عاملی، ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ، پایایی ترکیبی، روایی همگرا و روایی واگرا صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که مهم ترین مانع عدم بلوغ مدیریت دانش مدیریت ناکارآمد منابع انسانی دانش محور در سازمان های ورزشی است. بررسی برازش مدل ساختاری مناسب بودن آن را نشان داد.در سازمان‌های ورزشی باید به دانش و مدیریت دانش به عنوان یک ارزش نگریسته شود تا با ایجاد زیرساخت‌های لازم و آماده‌سازی اعضای سازمان ارائه خدمات با کیفیت بالا و مطلوب و با هزینه کم انجام شود.

The purpose of this study is Presenting a model and prioritizing barriers to knowledge management maturity in line with business in Iranian sports. This research is of a descriptive-analytical type. It was conducted in the field. It is in the category of applied research. The statistical population of the study consisted of experts from the General Directorates of Sports and Youth, and members of the sports management faculty of public and private universities, totaling 928 people. The sample size was calculated using the Cochran formula, which was estimated to be 272 people. The sampling method was done using the random-stratified method. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect information. The Cronbach's alpha method was used to calculate the reliability coefficient of the questionnaire, which was 0.966. Data analysis was done using PLS3 and SPSS 23 software. The Friedman test was used to prioritize barriers to knowledge management maturity in line with business in sports. To examine the fit of the measurement model, the criteria of factor loading coefficients, Cronbach's alpha coefficients, composite reliability, convergent validity, and divergent validity were used. In evaluating the structural model, criteria of significance coefficients (t-values) were used to examine the fit of the structural model. The results showed that the most important obstacle to knowledge management immaturity is the inefficient management of knowledge-based human resources in sports organizations. Examining the fit of the structural model showed its suitability
